As part of PPP2 I've chosen to look at a particularly popular area of illustration that I wished to try. It involves drawing triangles over an image of your face in order to create a low-poly mesh almost. You then fill in the rest by using the eyedropper tool and matching the colours up with the photograph.
Now, I know that there are simple filters that allow you to do this in about five minutes but I chose to do this to improve and test my patience to see if I learned anything from doing such a painstakingly long process. After completing the SWAT table I discovered that there were some areas of improvement I needed to work on. Patience was not on the list but it made me realise that I do lack it. After completing this task I set myself, I noticed that I had indeed managed to get it done in the allotted time set of three days broken up into an hour sessions with breaks.
